Thermocrete Chimney Lining is a quick effective way to repair the flue by filling damaged joints and cracks in one simple process, which can usually be completed in one day. It will restore your chimney stack to perfect condition making it stronger than new and completely curing the existing damage, preventing further deterioration.

The Process:-

The basic concept of the system is simple, but extremely effective. A rubber former is inserted precisely in position through the entire length of the flue and Thermocrete is pumped in from the top of the chimney stack filling all voids, cracks and damaged joints. Once the Thermocrete has cured the rubber former is deflated and removed leaving a cylindrical flue and will be ready to use within 24 hours.
