Boiler Pricelist

GFP would never issue a written fixed price quotation without carrying out a full site survey. This is available by contacting us, directly.  From this survey a no obligation fixed price quote will be issued free of charge.

We regret that we cannot put prices for system boilers (heating systems using a hot water cylinder) on this page, as there are too many variables. Please contact us for more detailed information.

Combi Boiler Replacement

If you already have a combi boiler in place and are looking to fit a new energy efficient condensing combi boiler our estimated installation costs would be as follows:

• Ideal Logic Plus 30kW Combi boiler c/w std flue kit and time clock fully installed for £1385. Comes with Full 5 Year Manufacturers Warranty.
• Ideal Logic Plus 35kW Combi boiler c/w std flue kit and time clock fully installed for £1585. Comes with Full 5 Year Manufacturers Warranty.

Worcester Combi Swap Price List

• Worcester 28i Junior Combi Boiler c/w std flue kit and time clock fully installed for £1510.00. Comes with Worcester 5 year warranty and extended 2 year warranty from GFP
• Worcester 30 CDI Combi Boiler c/w std flue kit and time clock fully installed for £1785.00 Comes with Worcester 5 year warranty and extended 2 year warranty from GFP

These prices assume that it is a straight swap combi for combi boiler, fitted in the same location, and the existing flue hole can be used for the new flue, and that it is a standard round hole .

It also assumes that the household uses mains natural gas, and that the gas pipe is able to supply the correct volume of gas to the boiler. All Worcester boilers need a minimum of 22mm diameter gas supply pipe. Condensing boilers require a drain to run the waste condensate water to. These estimates are based on a drain been available within 3m of the appliance.

A room thermostat and thermostatic radiator valves are required to meet building regulations. These have not been allowed for in the above estimates. If you already have these items then they can be re –used if required.

System cleansing.

Please note that central heating systems must be thoroughly cleansed before the appliance is commissioned. We strongly recommended a power flush, which is chargeable at £25.00 per radiator, if carried out at the time of the install.

We also recommended the fitment of the Adey Magna clean to prolong system life. The fitted price of the 22mm  unit ( suitable for most combi boilers) is £180.00. As part of the terms and conditions of the GFP 2 year extended warranty on the Worcester  boilers,  both these services must be carried out.

All prices are exclusive of vat, which is charged at the current rate.
